Hi, my name is Seamus Byrne. i'm a yoga teacher and homeopath. I also practise japanese massage a form of shiatsu.

i have been practicing yoga for years and eventually i went to india to study at himalaya yoga valley school of yoga. i was taught

in a traditional style all the different aspects of yoga. yoga is part of the oldest living religion in the world which goes back to antiquity.

the emphasis in our studies was always a respect for tradition and the vibrant culture of hinduism in which it comes from.

a lot of my students are complete beginners and my classes are suitable for those who are just starting off and are interested in trying out this antient art of spiritual science.
